A little about me:
I've written, performed and produced comedy in New York City for over 11yrs. I've created content for a few names like: Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Nickelodeon, and BET's 106 & Park. My work has received an Emmy and WGA nomination as well as multiple Webby Awards. Here's a picture of me with a glitter beard.

Congrats. You scrolled past my beard. Here's a longer version about me:
I've been doing comedy in New York for over 11yrs. My first job in New York was being the mascot for the New Jersey Devils NHL hockey team (true story). I was a blogger/digital producer at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon where my work was awarded with an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Media as well as a Webby Award for Best Humor website. I launched the Watch What Happens Live Youtube channel where I wrote, produced and edited and managed all the content for the channel. I also wrote for BET's 106 & Park where I was responsible for writing a full episode weekly as well as write comedic sketches for celebrity guests. I'm currently the Head Writer for Nickelodeon's adult facing brand NickSplat. I co-wrote the half hour Double Dare Reunion Special hosted by Marc Summers which garnered 1.7 billion press impressions and averaged 1.1million viewers. Before all that I was a digital producer, contributing writer and host for VH1's Best Week Ever where I produced a nightly podcast that won three Webby Awards.

As a performer, I am a director/performer for the Nationally respected arts and education group Story Pirates where comedians act out stories written by kids.

I co-host, produce, write, secure crew, and book guests for half-hour, monthly variety show "It's Happening with Josh and Lauren," airing on Brooklyn and Manhattan Public Access channels; filmed in front of a studio audience. It was awarded with a B-Free Award for Best Entertainment.

I perform with my Writer's Guild of America nominated comedy group AWFUL DJ. We ran our main stage show THE $100 SHOW at the UCB Theatre in NYC for a full year from 2014 -2015. Our web series MODEL WIFE was nominated for a 2013 Writer's Guild Of America Award and we've made videos for Above Average and Fullscreen. We've run multiple shows at the UCB Theatre including the sellout show CHATROULETTE LIVE! and our Mad Men salute THE STERLING COOPER COMPANY MEETING.

We currently run a monthly show called Awful DJ Presents Awful VJ where we definitively rank every music video ever made. Six videos a show. Once a month.

My work has been featured by Buzzfeed, Fast Company, Vulture, Huffington Post, MTV, VH1, Splitsider, The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, Virgin Airlines, Mental Floss, and the Observer.
